Please note practices are set up by your assigned coach. There could be 2 to 3 practices a week. Games are played on Saturdays (10 games), as long as weather permits. The end of the season Tournament is in addition to the 10 games, and will be held over the Saturday & Sunday the weekend after the last regular game of the season.

Game schedule will be issued within the week prior to the first game on 8/23/2024. Please plan accordingly.


Fall 2025 Registration Fees as Follows:

  • Early Bird Registration through May 16th: $120, $10 off for each additional child at same address.
  • Regular Registration from May 17th to June 13th: $145, $10 off for each additional child at same address.
  • Late Registration after June 14th: $170, No sibling discount.
  • If you become a Head Coach Registration is $0 for one child per team they coach (The discount will be refunded upon receipt of ALL volunteer forms.
  • Please note that SportsEgnine Fees are Non-Refundable

  • REFUNDS: No refunds will be made unless a child cannot be placed on a team. We cannot guarantee the exact uniform size. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Our inability to meet a special request is not grounds for a refund. All refund approvals are at the discretion of the MPALS board leadership.

    • The registration fee includes the following:

  • Uniform: Jersey, shorts and Socks
  • Pictures: One Team and One individual Picture
  • Participation Trophy/Medal
  • Approximately 10 games, weather permitting
  • An End-of-Season Tournament of between 2 and 4 games
